How does the 30-prescription free trial work?
Every new docpk account gets 30 free prescriptions to use, with no time limit and no card required. Once you’ve written your 30th, we’ll let you know — and you can choose to subscribe to Practice or stop there.
Do you charge per doctor or per clinic?
One subscription = one doctor account, and includes unlimited patients and prescriptions. If you have multiple doctors in one clinic, each doctor needs their own account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept credit and debit cards in PKR. JazzCash and EasyPaisa support are in the works.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Practice plan is month-to-month. Cancel from your account settings any time — your records stay with you and you can re-subscribe later. See our Refund Policy.
Are there discounts for annual billing or large clinics?
